Dunkin'

"Worst customer service ever. First of all, I ordered a sauage egg and cheese croissant and a med iced caramel coffee with cream and LIQUID sugar. When they hand me the drink I can see sugar crystals so I ask gave it back. I'm not a Karen so I was actually polite about it. When they got it back, not only did the woman say "that's not what you ordered" to which I responded "yes it was, I made sure he changed it at the intercom" but then I saw her turn around and hand the drink to someone and all he did was shake it and she handed it back. Like I said- not a Karen so I let it slide. But then when she handed me the drink and and I was waiting for my sandwich, she said "anything else?" I said "yes, my croissant please" she snatched the bag off the counter and handed it to me before slamming the window. Normally I have no problem with this dunkin but today was outrageous. I'm very disappointed with both of my items."

"Came 30 minutes before close and they told me they turned off their espresso machines to clean it early. So I couldn’t get a hot drink in the winter. I just left. It’s pathetic. Don’t work a closing shift if you cannot close the store down on time. Starbucks would never."

"Very frustrating drive-thru and sloppy food (pictured). How do you mess up a donut that bad?? There's a tiny parking lot and one way street in a "U" shape. Of course, there is a specific lane for the drive through and a big, painted patch of road saying "DO NOT BLOCK". If you don't block it, people will cut right in front of you and everyone behind you in the long line. I have seen it before, but at those times I decided to just park and walk in. Today, I was the unfortunate one who got cut right in front of as I was trying to pick up my mobile order scheduled for that time, while it was getting cold. I honked and told the person they cut in front of me and everyone behind me, but they did not care. I then told the workers through the speaker that someone cut everyone waiting and they said they noticed. They simply gave the lady her food anyways and she left. I then asked them at the window why people were constantly allowed to be cutting in line in front of those of us who are courteous enough not to block everyone's only exit in the one-way. The guy at the window said, "Don't worry about it". So, at the end of the day, these workers just don't care and everyone is able to cut the line here. Very frustrating way to start the morning - cut in front of and given a cold sandwich and a sloppy, wet (???) doughnut. This was my last straw at this location, as they had already given me a hot chocolate with a wet napkin inside it! The Merrillville location has always been better, so I will make the slightly longer drive to avoid a frustrating start to my day."

"Trying to figure out how a bagel with cream cheese just cost me $6.40 when the app says it’s $3.84? Clearly overcharging customers in the drive thru. Also gave me a fork to spread the cream cheese instead of a knife…I’d like to add it was not busy either. I was the only person in the drive thru and there was maybe one car in the parking lot so it wasn’t a matter of being busy…workers are just not paying attention to what they’re doing."

"Food was a mess when they handed it to us. My wrap was a little burnt it still tasted good though. The service however was not great the guy at the drive through had such a scowl on his face that made you feel terrible for coming there. God forbid you ask him for napkins. Sheesh. Put a new friendly person at the window."
