"This has been the absolute longest I have waited in a drive thru. It’s been 40 min and still have not gotten food.it was not even busy. There was not even an acknowledgment or a sorry for the wait. I understand there maybe lack of employees but this is unacceptable. I do not have an hour to spend at a drive thru."

"Looks good on the outside. Horrible on the inside. Sloppily made barely any veggies. And the ones that were on there didn't taste fresh. Only reason they got a 3 is because the fries were fresh. This location usually does pretty well as far as quality but someone dropped the ball this time."
"I'll NEVER return to this burger king again! I ordered the #1 no ketchup, add cheese and bacon, three 2 for $6 whoopers ( 2 no onions, 2 no ketchup add mustard, 2 with everything and add cheese on all). Everything was wrong. I talked to the manager, who was kind in the beginning. He said keep the burgers and he'll redo the whole order. He did. They were still wrong and I didn't receive the #1. I explained this to him. I also told him I didn't want all those burgers, I just want the one corrected. He threw a bagged burger at me, still incorrect. He told me that he's not dealing with me and closed the window in my face. I asked for the corporate number, through the closed window. He said google it. I didn't move from the window. He yelled for me to move or he was going to call the police. I told him to call. The police came, asking me to move to the parking lot. The police was very kind and understanding to my plight. I received the corporate number but left with 13 burgers that noone could eat and $35 less in my pocket. 0 STARS to the burger king on Kennedy in Hammond, Ind."
