"Service was outstanding had a server name Billy he was everything!! He was friendly, attentive, funny and had a whole section full of people and he was on his job he made sure everyone was happy and well taken care of. The food was decent. The drinks were nothing to brag about but Billy service was outstanding! If I visited again it would be because of awesome customer service! Thank you for a great Valentine's dinner Billy!! "I absolutely love the comfort and environment that Freddy’s has to offer. The food is outstanding. You can always count on the staff to make your dining experience a wonderful one. I love how everyone goes out of their way to make sure your meal and time is a great experience. I recently heard of the incident where people came in and tried to stiff the restaurant, while putting down the staff. There was also a remark of the people of the establishment being racist. I have been there many times, and there has always been a mixed crowd smiling and enjoying their food. I think the queen that made the comment, should find another castle to go to! Sorry Freddy’s this happened to you. Just keep on shining, and providing great food, and service."

"We enjoyed a great dinner at Freddy’s Steakhouse on a Saturday night. Such a cool, old school vibe….I felt like I was in a movie. It felt like a time warp to a different era. We happened to go on the night the lounge singer was performing. I wish I knew his name, and I think he’s only there one Saturday a month. He sings Sinatra songs like nobody’s business, and he also does incredibly funny Rodney Dangerfield impersonations. He could easily be performing in some of the LA’s hottest restaurants & clubs…. If he wanted to! We sat at the bar and had great service from the bartender. Everything was delicious from the soup, to the bread, to the salad, the baked potato, and finally the absolutely delicious New York strip steak. Everything was perfect! I don’t know how good a baked potato can be, but this one was so melt in your mouth delicious… I don’t even know how to describe it. Prices are good for a steak, mainly because it includes all the extras. I will recommend this place to all my friends and relatives who live in the area. Such a gem! Oh, the Halloween decorations! They have amazing Halloween decorations, including a skeleton couple sitting at a table! My only minor complaint was that I found the big television screens distracting from the charming atmosphere. It distracted from the experience for me. I think the TVs should be turned off when they have this amazing lounge singer performing."

"This is our first experience at Freddy’s. I have to say, we are severely disappointed. If you eat here, you’re paying for the reputation and not the food. They need to close this place down. On the chicken, it didn’t come with any condiments, lettuce, or tomatoes like it was supposed to have had. On the steak melt, clearly they threw the onions and condiments together. On one half it had loads of mayo, and barely any grilled onions and on the other it more grilled onions and no mayo. Fries 4/10 Lemonade (the best thing we had) 10/10 Turtle Icecream 8/10"
