"Ordered the new Carne asada. It tasted ok but the meat was very chewy and some pieces I couldn't even chew. Too much cilantro as well. And the rice was over cooked."
"I am usually charged $12 and some change for the same order I get every time I go to Chipotle. Today I was charged $35 and the funny thing is I am not a complainer but today was a day the over charge was something I was a little sensitive to. When this happened the girl acted like it was my fault that she put the person’s order behind me on my ticket. Then the manager came and didn’t acknowledge the issue. No, I am sorry, no let me throw a drink or chips in for the inconvenience, no nothing and that was that. I was even charged $15 instead of my normal price but he was rude in explaining the charge and I gave up and left. I did ask when I would receive a credit and he said that depends on my bank. I sell cars and I know what customer service is supposed to be like because I give it everyday. This place definitely lacks it or at least the manager and the employee I dealt with this evening does."
"It's one of the better Chipotles' but it still could use some improvement. The tables were dirty. But the floors were mostly clean. The food looked fresher than most (and tasted better). They had no inventory problems, at least. The staff seemed happier than the staff at most Chipotles I've been to recently. Service was good."
"This is chipotle is ran great. They had the lines moving, and their callouts for more food on the line was met instantly. The only thing I can say is the tables needed to be wiped down, but that's to be expected with a moving line and a rotation of people coming in and out. The food was made to the chipotle standard so that should tell you all you need to know."
"I was a little disappointed with this new location. We they made my bowl it was only half of what other locations serve. For 15.95 i would expect to have a decent portion... not the kids size. Do Better Chipotle Chesterton."
