"My wife and daughter broke down with the pick up and they said it was the batterie and it was 90$ so they ask him to install it and he charge 294$ for the batterie and installation.It’s a real scam and a thieve. I hope someone he cherish a lot would come around my place so i can screw people like he did and see how he feel about it.this guy is a freaking thieve and he take advantage of women in particular.Worst service ever."

"I was new to Covington and wanted to find a local garage I could trust with some auto maintenance I couldn't do myself, this led me to giving Newnum a shot. Since then on our three vehicles, truck, SUV and Sedan, they have done solid work at fair prices. The most labor they have done for me on one job was $360 for diagnosing an electrical short on an ignition coil. That was fair imo, they are my go to. The only negative is usually there are dirt smudges on interior surfaces when I get my ride back. Nothing a fresh microfiber and a spray of detailer doesn't remove in a few seconds. They are noticeable because I am meticulous about my vehicles interior and exterior surface conditions, but not a big deal. 5 stars from me!"

"4 stars only because they weren't able to properly check and add transmission fluid due to it being a CVT. They were able to get about 1/2 quart in it which did help. I also had new front brake pads and rotors put on with no issues and the price was reasonable."

"Great shop! We hit an object on the interstate nearby that caused brake damage and had the car towed to Newnum & Sons. They had us back on the road in less than an hour! They even recommended an amazing cafe down the street while we waited. Fast, affordable, and honest shop. A+"
