"I love this place’s frozen hot chocolates. I get them every time I go in. They are always delicious and the perfect consistency. Today when I went in one of the workers must have switched up the order of making it or something. The drink was separating, so it was a bit more difficult to drink. This does not change my idea of this place, but this experience was not the best."
