"Terrible terrible service, long wait, the employee couldn't hear or understand us, and I was speaking clearly (and not low). Wrong food was given to us, and then we got an attitude to boot. The only good thing was that the extra crispy was actually tasty. Mashed potatoes and gravy tasted old and rotten. And that's usually the best thing at KFC."
