"Zels has been a staple for long time and i want to be brutally honest. The service was very friendly and attentive . Very welcoming as soon as you walk in the door. Now for the food . 2 zels burgers 1 chili cheese fry and 1 drink and 1 water was 33 dollars plus tax. The food was super fresh but bland . The burgers were grey in color , i have never seen or made burgers that were pale grey. Again the food was fresh but dissapointing. Might try another location again but the pricing doesnt align with the flavor."

"Though it might look like a hole in the wall joint it actually has Great food and shakes. The staff is quick, courteous and professional. I get a sandwich here every week and have never been let down. Sadly the fries no longer come with the samwich and you have to pay a little extra but it's still worth it. A combo meal will run you about 15$ which is kind of pricey"

"The food was good but the service, the service is next level here. The ladies at this location are so friendly! Literally the nicest people I've ever met. We dined in and they checked in to make sure everything was good, offered refills, and just great conversation. I wish I would've gotten any of their names but if you're reading this I just want to say thank you for being so wonderful. I hope you all get fat raises or a really nice Christmas bonus. ☺️"

"Food was GOOD! I snuck it into my local theater, lol. Ordered chili cheese dogs, a chili cheese polish and chili cheese fries. I always pass this place on my way to work and didn't even think to stop in until I had a taste for chili cheese something. I would always go to SnS for a chili cheese dog, but never again! Zels beat them in flavor by a long shot. I'm upset I've been missing out! There really isn't negative things to say, other than the dinning area being a bit small/messy. But that doesn't take away from how good the food was."

"First time eating here... Really love this place. I got a number one. Big roast beef with fries and a drink. I got mine with Pickles, peppers and mozzarella cheese. Seriously a good sandwich. It's simple, but really hits the spot... the only word of caution I would give is the au jus sauce... this is basically the pan drippings from cooking the beef. That's not a bad thing as it was a great sauce to dip my sandwich in. Not your standard reduction though."
