"I go to Starbucks daily before work. I love the employees, as they have always been quite kind. However, I always ask for EXTRA cold foam and rarely do I get it. So I decided to start ordering a Tall cup of cold foam, as I use it on my coffee at work as well. I haven't had an issue with ordering this way until recently. For the past few days I have been given a pup cup even though I stress the Tall cup when ordering. Also, it is not consistent, as I will get an actual Tall on some days and then the pup cup on others. I am paying the same price regardless of the size they decide to give me that day. Completely frustrating that they do not fulfill an order the way the customer has asked for it!!!"
