"Ordering online was a discouraging act of futility as the It’s Just Wings website would not accept online orders and calling was not an option. I ended up ordering via Doordash which was successful. The customer service at the Chili’s was amazing very nice folks there which is always a huge plus anywhere. The wings unfortunately were terrible. We ordered the smoked wings with 4 different sauces. Anyone that has ever had real smoked wings or chicken for that matter knows that the meat should not be dry. So dry that water is required after each bite if not accompanied absurd amounts of ranch or blue cheese dressing. I have to call these wings out for what they are which is a lazy marketing ploy. If you want to take the time smoke chicken or anything for that matter take the time to do it close to right, low and slow with mopping or spritzing. These wings tasted like the had a drop of liquid smoke added, we’re then thrown in the oven way to long only to then receive such a small amount of the selected sauces that without reading the boxes they all looked the same. Please do better Chili’s, I know you’re capable."
