"Giving an average rating of 2 starts because yesterday the food was fresh and hot but the customer service was terrible. Starting things off with a creepy robot voice at the drive-thru, then none of the window employees even said hi or acknowledged me in the slightest the entire time other than to take my money and give me my food. They also made me wait in a parking spot for 10 minutes just to get 2 McDouble bundles. Those are items that are readily available and shouldn’t take extra time to make. No reason I should have had to wait past the window. Especially since it wasn’t that busy/long of a line. Not coming back to this location. Glad I’m not in the area often."
"I don’t know what happened recently, but this place has become sooo terrible when it comes to the drive thru. They immediately have you pull over, after giving the drinks, and then have you sitting for at least 15 minutes. It’s always 6-7 cars parked, waiting for their orders. And it’s almost always incorrect when I get it. No other location is this bad. I’m going to just stop going."
"This location used to be super fast. Now they just park all the cars (probably to keep their order times down) and make everyone wait for them to come out with your food. Which just adds another step to a process that should be completed fairly simple and easy at the window. Adds so much more time to the customer."
"Automated voice order. Order correct on screen got wrong food. Cold & wrong. Almost $8 for a small tea and an chincy incorrect sandwich!"
