"My first time at wing stop. Wings were dry and not crunchy like other wing places that cook to order. It seem like the wings were sitting and they just microwaved them because everyone knows what microwave food is like. Fries were not my favorite and tasted like other food that was cooked in the same oil. Only thing positive was the drink machine that you make your own freestyle soda. I don't mind waiting for good food so please cook to order and don't serve food that has be cooked earlier."
"Waited over an hour for my order to be given to the wrong doordash person! They just have a random paper that apparently anyone can sign and say they are there for an order and steal your food. Orders should match an order number! How irresponsible of the staff to be running a business like this I payed over $60 for my order. I called and they obviously didn't care ,they just said oh well we already gave it to someone!"
"I have been to this location before, but I have never had any major issues until now. We went to pick up our online order, and it was very past the set pickup time, just to wait almost another hour for it to actually be ready!!! It's not cool at all. All the workers were stressed due to not having enough chicken wings to fill orders. Like Really!??! We finally got our food, I had to double check to make sure it was right. The food was good, but they have to do better with service and product supplies."
"I went to this Wingstop, Hammond Indiana , near Walmart. I gave 4 stars, because of Regina and Kalene (Manager), they were awesome good customer service, helpful,and professional! Now let’s rate the food, the corn was good , the chicken was hard and taste old ( dry) . The place look clean , but the floor was sticky and water was leaking near the drinking machine ( with no spill sign) . If it wasn’t for the team , I would have gave this place 2 stars!!!"
