"Wow I can't believe this place got good ratings!... omg! The worse gyro we ever had... the meat was like shredded greasy dried burnt skin!.. I'm extra mad cause I paid for the plate!.. the fries was hard...I bought my son a cheese burger which he didn't want to eat, the burger patty was so small n thin n burnt around the edges, none of us ate that food, we couldn't eat it!..I just threw it all in the garbage n ate McDonald's...I wish I could show the pics cause yall wouldn't believe me... I don't know maybe it was a new cook, or whatever, but this was the worst ever!.. I don't know what the rest of their food taste like but first bad impression is enough for me, I'm not going back... maybe I shoulda bought a burito!.. it's over prices n portions are very small... smh.."
"Absolutely the worst food I've ever had in my life! Gyros meat was old, hard and nothing but greasy! The meat was shaved so thin, it was crunchy! Tzatziki had no taste whatsoever. You can't call that tzatziki... thats nothing but sour cream and tiny cucumber chunks thrown in there! Ive eaten gyros in many restaurants, cities and countries, so I know what it is supposed to taste like! Cheeseburger was burnt and burger patty was half the size of the bun! Fries were old, cold and hard! Don't get me wrong, I like my fries crunchy, but these were the worst and hardest fries I've had in my life! That's $35 thrown out of the window. I'll never come back! Save your money and go to Nick's Gyros in Dolton... as a matter of the fact, go anywhere but there! I never leave negative reviews, but this was honestly so bad, I just had to! It looks better on the pictures than it does in real! My 4 yr old LOVES fries and wouldn't even eat them! Would give it 0 stars if I could!"
"I recently went to Richway Gyros after having a terrible experience at another hotdog place down the road in Chicago. So glad I found this place. The food is delicious and the customer service is awesome! Kudos to the staff. They know how to treat customers with respect! The prices are reasonable. What’s even better is that the offer a rewards program. I will definitely be back!"
