"I was greeted with “What do you want?” Also, since when does a half dozen donuts come thrown into a bag ? To add on, do they not give receipts or change back ? Only owed me 10 cents, but the audacity ?"
"Bad parking, no real park lot lighting. No fresh baked donut, like in the past. They were made in the shop. And we could watch then, not shipped in from Chicago, once a day all dry out by Noon."
"There is no consistency with the products,ordered a oreo cookie blast and they did not have oero ice cream, ordered mint chocolate chip and they were out of mint chocolate chip. Ordered three mocha blasts and got watery, over the top chocolate syrup drink. On top of that we waited 10 minutes with No One in line. Terrible Re-opening Staff needs to be trained properly, management needs to be on-site"
