"Staff is rude and unprofessional. I went in to get some groceries and the cashier was talking on the phone the whole time i was in the store, this was for 30 minutes at best. She was very rude, and instead of being focused on her job, she was focused on having her conversation with the party on the phone. Sorry, but if i was a manager, i would not allow this and id probably demote her to stock for that and dock her pay. Very unfriendly too. Store was messy. Barely any food or dairy in the frigid ailes. Bathrooms are very filthy with excrememt on the toilet seats. That is disgusting. If you arent gonna have the decency to keep the bathrooms useable, make them non-public. So overall tips to improve this place. 1. Crack down on lazy workers and their behavior. 2. Keep the store stocked. 3. Keep it neat and tidy. 4. Make sure your workers are kind to the customers. If i could rate, zero stars i would... So focus on these four tips."
"The staff is always nice. The only negative perception I get is that the shelves are always really disorderly and at times disorganized like having things in a spot that the price and item description tag doesnt match the product. Seems clean though."
"Out of the many D.G. stores in surrounding areas that I frequent, this is BY FAR the cleanest, best organized, & most personable professional staff. (Bonus: they sell alcohol and the Keystone cases are literally THE best deal I have found!) So be sure to have your ID ready. They do require it- no matter how close to 40 you may be or how often they've already seen it."
