IHOP

"I had not been to I Hop for awhile but I am glad I went back. I got the Mexican Tres Leche pancakes and bacon hash browns and eggs, they were all cooked perfectly and so good I asked for the cooks name. The waitress Lexi was prompt and made sure we got everything as ordered and she came back to make sure the drinks were ok.I got the vanilla cold foam cold brew and like the food it was perfect. Awesome service from waitress Lexi and the cook Lyndsey."

"Walked in and a waitress asked us how many. As she grabbed our menus, another waitress shouted from across the restaurant that she better not seat us with her because she had too many tables. The hostess led us to another section, and another waitress got upset and said not to seat us with them. The hostess didn’t know what to do, as these seemed to be the only two waitresses working, and the second waitress flipped out saying “fine whatever I don’t care I won’t be able to help them”. There were 10 or less tables or customers in the restaurant. We turned around and left. Don’t spend your money at a place where the wait staff is burdened by your presence before you even sit down."

"We waited in the lobby for 10 minutes without someone saying anything to us. Our serve was not prioritizing his customers at all! We waited to cash out for 15 minutes and I ended up just paying on the app so we could leave. The food was good but definitely needed cooked a little longer."

"We haven't eaten here in quite some time, so we decided to give it one last try. The last time there were baby roaches on the plate. We had to go thru 4 sets of silverware to get a clean set. Portion sizes are super skimpy for the price of the meal. The omelet was no longer than the fork. There was a short gray hair on the plate. I was literally asked if I wanted my food replated or remade. No refill on my drink. Server was nice and appeared to be the only server on the floor. We won't be visit again as it appears food safety measures are not in place."
