"I went in the restaurant stood there for 10 minutes before I was told the cashier was on break. They was playing loud music too. So I proceeded to go threw the drive thru where I waited another 15 minutes before my order could be taken, so I left will never go here again"
"Today on 2/21, Ordered a double whopper with bacon and cheese and I just got a regular whopper. I was charged for a double whopper and I got a whopper and no one is picking up the phone when I try to call. No foot traffic after 8:30pm, I was the only one there. I lose money because someone can’t take the only order they have to work on correctly?"
"This is the best burger king I've ever been to. It was notoriously not managed well for quite awhile but I'm so glad I gave them another chance. They've completely turned it around. The management is phenomenal and the customer service is unprecedented. You can tell they care and treat their team like family. I'd recommend it to anyone. My favorite is the French toast sticks which is super affordable and reminds me of my childhood. 10/10 keep up the good work :)"
