"This white castle provides good food. Friendly and effective customer service, even when swamped. The biggest downside: it's located in a rougher part of town near Chicago. When I was there, the police had their speed trap set up there, they had a security guard outside the restaurant doors, plus a nearby cash advance business and other signs of poverty."

"The wait in the drive-thru was outrageous! We got out of the drive-thru line and went inside. There wasn't a line inside but it was still a long wait before someone came to the register. There seemed to be alot of socializing between the team member's which made sense why the wait was long. There was also a woman in street clothes with a short fade and blonde hair handling food? Won't be going back."
