"Was visiting the area Oct 1, cashier who checked me out was Rosana. Decided to get food. Ordered over the phone waited a bit and went and picked up, when got there order wasn’t ready and waited a very long time for our order. I ordered for myself and my 3 children. My daughter ordered a steak burrito but was given a chicken burrito instead. I called right away the staff was super unhelpful and not very friendly considering I waited a very long time and then the order was wrong. Basically didn’t want to do anything for me, by the end of the call I was told they would just refund me the whole amount of her burrito. Which seemed fair considering she now was not going to have anything to eat and I wasted my money on a meal that wasn’t getting eaten because it’s not what she ordered. Here we are January and it was never refunded. I never followed up because I didn’t want to deal with this business again. And have been meaning to write this review. Not only was the wait long, order inaccurate and customer service not great. My whole family thought the food was disgusting and overpriced. I will never support this business again."
"Great Service from our waitress Rosanna! She was amazing! Food was delicious and very generous portions! Restaurant was very clean and beautifully decorated. Also great family atmosphere. Would definitely recommend giving it a try!"
