"Carrie provided excellent, caring customer service. My son, his wife and 3 young children were involved in an accident in I-65 on Saturday afternoon on the way to the beach for fall break. I was a couple of hours away, and trying to find them a vehicle while they dealt with the wreck. We called Carrie at about 1:30 and she gave them her cell number so they could contact her with their exact location and made arrangements to meet them with the vehicle since theirs was not drivable. She stayed after hours to get them taken care of and helped save our vacation. We are so grateful she was there and so willing to help."

"It has been a long time since I have rented a vehicle. My husband and I were driving through Cullman and were involved in a car accident. All persons were ok. We were an hour from our destination and needed a ride or a car to get there due to our vehicle being towed. The first place we called to rent a car closed at 5 and we called at 4:50 and we could not make it there in time. The second place we called was McCurry Van and Rental which also closed at 5. The young man at McCurry insisted on staying until we arrived and rented us a car. We arrived at 5:30 and all paperwork went smoothly and quickly We were so thankful to him for being so patient and kind We will definitely use McCurry again if the need arises!"
"I had called another car rental place in town and they were of no help. I called McCurry and Cierra Eisenhardt was the most helpful person in finding exactly what I needed. She went out of her way in getting a car from another one of their locations within hours. I can’t thank her enough. They are amazing."
