Elegant Nails

"My wife and daughter came to this nail salon 2 weeks ago.. they have been going here frequently over the last year, and the man who works there (not the husband ) is always in a rush. Has made my daughter’s toes bleed several times , but we realize sometimes with ingrown toenails etc… that happens … but 2 weeks ago he cut my wife’s toe so badly we had to go to the urgent care resulting in a medical bill and 50$ upfront visit …. We also had to pay for the antibiotics to make sure no infection occurred .. when this happened he didn’t stop. He continues to do her toes and make it worse .. the owner finally came over trying to stop the bleeding with glue and other items.. using Scotch tape … bleeding continues … my daughter finally got out of her chair got some gauze stopped the bleeding and they left .. the next day she called the owner to let her know the bleeding would not stop so they had to go to urgent care and get butterfly strips.. antibiotics.. and aftercare instructions . The owner apologized and let us know that she told the man he could not do our toes moving forward that she and her husband would handle us … but never once offered a gift certificate.. free pedicures … asked how much the bill was anything … several nail salons have seen the videos and pictures or my wife’s toe and have asked if we received certificates … that we should be receiving something for what happened . We realize accidents happen, but the way it was handled was like they just didn’t care .. my wife’s toe is still black and blue ."

"Do not come to this salon! My daughter in law both had fill ins last Tuesday! We had to come back this past Tuesday. We went back today due to mold growing under her nail. The guy said it’s only water spot."

"Worst customer service ever! Made appointment last week and waited at least 30 minutes while some customers walked out because they had appointment before me and they were still waiting. I have gel nails and I told them to do both gel on nails and toes. After one day polish started chipping so went back for them to fix and got there at 9:30 today which is what time they open. Owner said she needed to clean the salon first. Thirty minutes later she finally got to me and said her co-worker didn't put gel polish on and that was why it was peeling. If I wanted gel I would have to pay extra after I had already given them $65. They have no respect for their clients and the time they have to sit and wait. If you want your shop clean you should do it before you open. They are horrible...very unprofessional! Will never go back"
