"Even though the pedicure service was amazing, the manicure just wasn't. I brought my cousin and sister and they super rushed everything. They are both sweet girls and we're too shy to speak up so part of it was on us. These were my 12 year old cousin's nails. They're uneven and didn't clean the edges off. They were the sweetest people but we'll never be going back again."
"They are super super sweet and friendly, but I cannot go back. This was my first time, I wanted my old white tip gel off, and new white tip gel on. They didn't soak off the old gel, just filed it down, so now my nail surfaces are bumpy. I asked for my nails to be trimmed a bit; they were cut way down and filed seriously unevenly. I pointed at a couple that were slanted when they were finished filing and asked for them to be evened up, but some were cut down so low there was no way to make them even. The white tips were messy. I was embarrassed to walk around with them. Then I noticed my thumb had gotten sliced by the nail file. Got the polish taken off and saw that one of my nails had this huge sharp point sticking out. So now my nails are chopped off, uneven, surfaces bumpy, thumb cut, and I don't have the polish I paid for because it looked embarrassing. I really hope this is something they can improve because they're so nice. Edit to add: I looked through other reviews and many of them are obviously fake - people whose only other reviews are random nail salons across the country. I do regret this."
