"Well, I loved it at first, but not so much now. I feel like it is too pricey, I don't like someone trying to sell me wrinkle cream saying I NEED to try it, I don't like the 24 hour rule, that is not a thing in Georgia, but most of all I don't like being told what bed I HAVE to get in. Also, I don't feel like the bulbs are changed like they need to be. After my month is done, so am I."
"Memberships are priced right. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. There are different packages to choose from and so many different ways to tan from spray tans to standing beds, and my favorite is the Volecity with an open concept instead of one that you lay down in and close."
"Close to home and convenient. They also have locations nationwide which is great when I am traveling. The only negatives are this: When I started my membership they neglected to mention I would have to pay an additional $5.75 each time I want to come get my spray tan. I have an unlimited membership, you would think with an unlimited membership an additional $5.75/session would be advertised or at the least mentioned but it wasn’t, I was totally caught off guard. When I asked about a minimum amount of months I would have to have my membership I was told none. Well that’s not true either the other day I was told I have to be charged at least 2 months before I could cancel. So even though this location is local the additional $5.75 each session on top of my membership it really isn’t the best value for the quality of their service and product. I am new to the area so I will be exploring other salons after this little blunder. I’m all about transparency and getting what you pay for."

"So clean and very upscale....I LOVED IT! Tanning beds have realllyyyy come a long way since the last time I was in one 10 years ago. They are now air conditioned ...or at least theirs is. Amanda was the employee who helped me this morning and to say she is knowledgeable about the beds, skin creams, and pretty much EVERYTHING PALM BEACH TAN, is an understatement. She was amazinggggg!!!!! SHE GETS 5 STARS TOO!!!!"
