"Today my daughter had a follow up appointment with Tia Janicki. She is the absolute best! She interacted with my daughter throughout the appointment and gave her a cute plushie at the end. We love seeing Tia Janicki!"

"Love this place. Tia is the best. She is always straight forward and takes her time. She is one of my favorite doctors period."

"I was so scared going here because I had not heard any first hand reports. However, I took a chance with Dr. Forrester and had dysport. I have very heavy lids and dysport or botox can have bad effects. I can’t believe it, but this has been the best experience I have had yet. I am not struggling to keep my lids up and my forehead looks considerably smoother. I have 2 complaints that would NOT keep me from going back, 1. The room was so hot I felt like I was in a sauna. 2. They do not do numbing cream like I am used to. However, the injections were not painful. I highly recommend them for women with heavy lids. And Sarah was very knowledgeable and listened to my concerns."

"I actually liked Dr Forrester until the day I went in to ask about a sunspot on my face. It was barely noticeable but in the right light was visible. I was curious if there was a good cream or something to that effect. He basically talked me into ''burning'' it off. I told him I really didn't want to take any risk of making it worse since it wasn't that bad. After a few minutes of him telling me he would do it lightly he begins, And not even in the correct spot. Afterwards he tells me there's a bout a 5% chance it will leave a scar. Well guess what it left a horrible scar. I'm already a bit insecure about some features of my face so thank you for adding a giant dime sized scar to the list. Completely unnecessary treatment that I didn't even want (that's why I'm leaving this review). I've waited months to see if it would go away... still there. I've been putting everything I can on it to help."

"The office was clean, the NP was super sweet to my daughter & the wait was not bad at all. However a young girl that walked us back & asked questions prior to the NP coming in wasn't very pleasant & cut the conversation short every time you attempt to say something. The Dr never came in to see her only the NP. They called in Rx that cost $100 in the pharmacy bc they are considered over the counter instead of giving us written instructions on how to take the more affordable over the counter medication. Update* we were seen in Nov 2021 & are still waiting on the office to return our call for my daughter's first injection. I've called many times the last few months & they have just made excuses about insurance but I had the approval from Insurance the same month. It's almost February 2022 now ...and they still haven't called !! Ridiculous."
