"First and last type of experience. Everyone seemed great until I requested a refund for a service I had not even received. Got the IPL. Painful. Saw no results (maybe it takes multiple sessions.) Paid for my service, cool. Told me to come back in 2 wks for dermaplaning. Looked at my receipt. Noticed they made me prepay for the dermaplaning. Weird, but okay cool. Ended up getting a cold sore a couple days prior to next appt. Requested refund, but was refused. Told me I could only reschedule. Now I'm big mad. Finally someone said they'd allow it, took my card number down. Still haven't seen any refund hit my account. It's been over a week. Place might be great. Just don't prepay for anything unless you know you'll want another service."
