"I would give zero stars if possible. I bought the package buy 3, get one free but when I returned to use the fourth one was told they expired . Never did anyone mention there was an expiration date. Never not a good practice they received payment but did not deliver the goods"
"This facility advertises as a contempo spa. I have been a member for many years and love it. The meaning behind "contempo" spa; there is a message bed, table, sauna, hydration station, oxygen therapy, and the facials are self applied. This is what makes this facility ideal for me, as I prefer not to have physical contact with people I don't know. Love the tanning beds and the hydration station is my favorite."
"You have to be kidding me. I got a "facial" which left much to be desired in terms of relaxation! To start, I had to put all facial products on myself in a bathroom across the hall. Then, I was instructed to sit in an automated massage chair with a UV light face cover. After the chair laid me back, I had to sit there and "relax" while the chair hummed and squeaked over the calm music. The chair attempted to massage me, but I was too small to fit. Once the chair and light were done, I was told to "reset" the chair and it would free me. This did not happen and I had to climb out of a reclined chair. Now my face is red and I am confused as to what just happened. I will never recommend or return. The advertisement of a "facial" is nowhere near what you think it is. There was no person, cucumber or facial massage to speak of! Do not be fooled the title!"
