"Communication with the sales person Jake Rogers was horrible. I refuse to beg someone to spend money with them. The camper we wanted has recently sold and we would have purchased it, but, could not get him to respond. This is obviously not his day job that puts food on his family’s table. I told him we wanted to come and see it Friday…we would have bought it, today it is Tuesday and we are still waiting on him to call us back. Don’t worry about calling now. We chose to spend our money with someone who wanted it. Big Mistake."

"ORIGINAL: Would leave zero stars if could. We have been in talks on a camper this entire week. Good, constant communication. Never once did he mention a deposit. We had a deal to finalize and pickup today. Guy Boozer knew we were driving 5 hours to pickup the camper today. We called this morning to verify arrangements. It was at that time the told us they sold it out from under us. They had no plans to tell us. They were willing to let us drive 5 hours for no reason. Thankfully we called beforehand. This is a shady business. Trust the previous reviews. Do not do business with them. UPDATE: After the above mentioned incident, Jake Rogers gave me a call to discuss the incident. He gave me a fair assessment of the situation and did a good job of apologizing for the situation while not overly defending the other salesman. I appreciated his approach. Past that, he found another camper that met my requirements and maintained continuous communication while we decided on the best route forward. He listened to my concerns and did what he could to make me happy eith the purchase. In the end, we opted to go with a camper elsewhere. We found another deal we could not pass up. Jake turned my opinion of this dealer around and we would consider purchasing in the future."
