"Titan technician came by in the morning in July 2023. Identified himself as Clint. Did not feel all that comfortable with his presence. I initiated radom topics during the visit so as to feel him out. He did not come across so sincere to me. Who does in this business??? It is about selling - whether you need the part or not. We had a concern with one of the two heating/ cooling systems. It was a faulted capacitor. However, one thing led to another with this guy. After I authorized to replaced it he went after another component, then another then the thermostat then another capacitor for the second unit. He took the 'go - ahead' as an easy sell and so went as far as saying: "you need a new unit." It was one thing after another with this guy ... Clint. He saw that I wasn't a push - over and that I was onto his non-sense after a while. Had I not stepped in, he would have gone as far as he could to make his daily quota. Either that or return back to the office with a loss on 'this' customer for that day. Certainly, when reporting back to Tanner (apparently the owner of Titan) that would have been a wasted part of the day i.e., not enough push on selling. My reason for saying this is the following: Tanner was suppose to get back to us with a price for a 'new' unit that he so claimed was needed. Well, that didn't happen. Can anyone answer why he didn't go as far as to submit a price for the installation of a new unit? Think about it. We will not do business with Titan again. To all of you out there be sure to screen who you are going to use for this kind of service. Look them over. Start a conversation. Feel them out. Observe how they work. Go by your gut instinct. Find a reason why you should trust them. We went with Titan because they claimed they were a Carrier dealer. This means nothing for the customer and everything to them. Don't be sold on non-sense. Observe how they work. Look over their work vehicle. Orderly? Clint left greasy finger marks all over the thermostat. He left behind hardware. He did not replace the electrical panel on the unit correctly. And forgot to turn the thermostat back on before vacating. On to the next sale... Mr. Vogel"

"AMAZING service! Had one guy come scope out the issue and he returned with a fleet!! They got the job done in about 20 minutes. It would’ve taken all day if it was just one person, but their system of working as a group got it done fast and easy. I will call them for anything ac and heat related!
