"I had 2 prescriptions called in at the same time in the morning 2 weeks ago. I arrive after 5pm to pick up my prescriptions and then I am informed only one is ready.. later in the week WalGreens starts blowing up my phone with calls and texts informing my prescription is ready..I go to pick it up today and am told it is not ready..needless to say I was more than frustrated! I inform the tech that they have been constantly calling and texting me it is ready..she gets it ready while I wait..needless to say I will NOT be using their pharmacy again!!! Incompetent does not even begin to describe the customer service there DO NOT use the WalGreens on Hwy 31 in Athens!!! I am DONE WITH THEM!"
"Second month in a row they have messed my prescriptions up to the point I run out before they finally fill it. I could look past it if I didn’t have it set up for auto refill and this was the first time. But with it being the second month and then they act like they don’t know what’s wrong with their system. Not to mention they have to be reminded every so often to put it on insurance instead of charging me full price."
