"I was in the store the other day. I do have a up to date license I was disappointed with help I got in the store. The employee was helpful to some respect but didn’t have any type of cosmetology license. I asked a customer if they could help with some information but they told me they were not licensed. They used a friends card. It would be nice to have someone experienced with the different products to get someone that could help and answer questions if needed. Thanks"
