"Always clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. When beds need cleaning, they are prompt about cleaning them. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because 2 times since my membership, the bed hasn't turned on and I've had to get redressed so I could inform someone. It would be nice to have a "call" button in each room to inform staff if this happens. Otherwise, I love the facility and staff."
