"I was warned not to go here but it was the only nail shop with no wait. The gel nail polish started to chip off as SOON as i got home. All the gel polish was peeling by day 3. They are not welcoming and don’t listen when you try to explain what you want. The daughter who does nails was super sweet but the quality of the gel didn’t even last as long as normal nail polish. They moved my belongings with out permission and the older gentleman was rude. Never returning."
"Will never be returning after yesterday. It was the last time I pay with my hard earned money for rude & poor quality service. I was made to feel in the wrong for asking for a different nail shape and a specific color on my nails. You walk in & they barely greet you, like they hate you came to give them your business. The father does your nails how he feels and not to your specifications. Poor customer service, rude, impatience, and rushed subpar nail work."
"when i went into the store and they asked me the length he automatically cut them veryyyyyyyy short and i wanted square and i got oval ! DO NOT COME HERE PLS GO TO CLASSIC NAILS ."
"We come here often and love to support the local community we live in. However, every time the receptionist/assistant is unwelcoming and unprofessional with her tone and delivery. We have tried to be understanding as everyone has bad days but today’s interaction was unrecoverable. We asked for pedicures and she responded “so what do you want?” And pointed to the wall with these services poster. We were as clear as we could be and ended up leaving without services. As of today we will no longer be customers, which is very unfortunate because our services have always been great. A little customer service goes a long way."
"I got a pedicure and it was good but was supposed to get my nails done and totally got skipped, several ppl got taken care of after I did, I sat at dryer for a extra 10 minutes just to see if anyone was going to do my nails and no one said anything to me. So I paid and left. I will never be back to this salon I've never been treated so bad in my life and this isn't the first time they skipped over me for a service. I highly don't recommend going here at all."
