"Ms Gina is an absolute dream! A year ago I was going through the toughest time of my life and ended up with a "depression knot" in my hair. My hair was originally down to my butt all 1 length and healthy but due to a dv situation it all got knotted up in a big ball on top of my head. Ms Gina knew it was traumatic for me to cut it but it had to be done! She is the most compassionate woman ever! Today I went back over a year later and she remembered exactly who I was and did an excellent job with me!!! I will not EVER use anyone else!!!"
