"My Santa Fe needed body work from an accident I was involved in around March 2020. I was referred to Kendrick Collision and Transmission in August 2021. "DONT USE!!!! Brought one of my work vans in to have some rust spots on the body and cargo doors fixed. He took a look, gave me an estimate and explained what they could do. Scheduled to drop van off for a week, two weeks in advance. Took half a week longer than anticipated, and the owner never even checked the work before it came out of the shop. Terrible and messy work!!! Overspray all over my vehicle!!! The putty they used to seal up the rust....which they didn’t even grind and repair most areas, had a thick and terribly uneven finish everywhere, and had a simple single coat of pair over it that isn’t covering completely. My 4 year old could have made it look better!! They were supposed to adjust the cargo body doors during repairs, well the bent my doors out instead of using the adjustment screws, now I have broken welds on my doors around my hinges. The owner wouldn’t even look over the issues with me, simply wrote me a check and said he wouldn’t do anymore work on it. I simply wanted it fixed!! Don’t waste your time and money."

"I'm in Florida, father-inlaw was just fighting his way out of hospice status. After Ford charged a ridiculous amount to repair and the biggest ripoff since timeshares (Extended warranty company) gave every excuse not to pay for repairs. Kendrick Collision went and towed the truck (at no extra cost), rebuilt the transmission, and had it ready in a day! With half the cost of the dealership that he bought it from. I recommend anyone to these guys, they are fabulous and straightforward!"
