"We've used Holcombe services many times, when they were a building and supply. Then again when they became a window and door purveyor. We were happy with the set and prices. It's been a few years and they have relocated again to Chelsea. I dropped in and stated my needs, 2 replacement doors one front and one basement with all new locks for 7 doors. They showed me some very acceptable doors and hardware. They requested an email with measurements and hardware needs. Got the email sent the next day. A week later no response. I called, left a message. Got an email response that I would have an estimate in 2 days. Well, I have my new doors and hardware installed (from another supplier), and No reply with an estimate. If you a High End Customer you will probably get better service. All I got was lip service and no doors."
