"Please consider using a shop with some actual hospitality. The guy Kevin has major attitude. Military family recently moved here from out of state a few wks ago. We saw online that the shop opens at 10 . It doesn't. Another guy was waiting as well. Said he read the same thing. Had the nerve to tell me that I should do my homework before driving 30 mins to get there. My spouse & I have gotten several tattoos over the years & we've always been able to speak to someone about what we want. How much it will cost . Things like that! Right! But apparently they are so busy making money that the shop was closed. Lost 3 customers today! Kindness goes a long way. So does consideration for customers especially when your customers is how you actually get paid. Do better!"
