"It’s Thursday 12/8 online it says the store opens at 10. I get here at 10:10 and they’re not open. They’re sign says 11. I returned at 3 and now they are gone to lunch with no sign saying anything about lunch or how long they will be gone. Did an online order I’m trying to pick up and I live 30 mins away. So a waste of my time twice. You need to change your times online and put up a sign of when you will be back for lunch. Not very happy right now."

"Ever since they got a new manger the difference is tremendous. She always has a good attitude and you can tell she loves her job. I work in retail and this is one of the cleanest jewelry stores I've seen. Clean and Organized! If you live in the Spanish Fort, Daphne, or Fairhope area I highly recommend visiting this location out of all of them! They'll be getting all my business from now on!"

"We went to get my daughters 2nd hole pierced at the claires in Daphne walmart. She would only get one ear done the day before. Jurnei was so amazing with daughter. She was very patient and made her feel very comfortable. I was so thankful for her patience and making sure we were able to get the 2nd hole pierced. Definitely recommend going to see her!"
