"Dollar Tree and Family Dollar needs to be better stocked. Came for picture frames and only had 2 options and shelves weren't stocked too many empty spaces"

"This store has the most RUDEST night time management and employees! First the girl didn't want to double bag a elderly woman bags that she tore with a box item when bagging her items, she didn't even care to separate items just threw them in the bag! When the lady asked for a double bag she gone tell her just put it in your cart!!!!! Then when ringing me up she asked for my ID due to me buying infant Tylenol saying it had alcohol in it which I was fine showing my ID but I had to find it so she gone tell me to Hurry Up! I almost lost my cool! I'm pregnant 36 weeks, it's late and all I'm trying to do is get my baby her Tylenol. Then when I ask for management her reply with a laugh was "That's my mama" and then she cancelled my transaction and said I can go to another Family Dollar store!!!!!! When her mom came she was rude as well tell me well whatever my daughter say goes!!! Then when I ask for their names they refused! I will NEVER SHOP there again! And I'm reaching out to corporate"

"THE LADY WITH THE SHORT SYNTHETIC WIG WORKING TODAY WITH THE RIP SHIRT ON DECIDED IT WAS A GOOD IDEA TO GIVE HER UNWANTED OPINION AB WHAT I BUY THANK GOODNESS I CAN CONDUCT MYSELF AS AN ADULT BC I REALLY WANTED TO LET HER HAVE IT BC WHEN HAS IT EVER BEEN A CASHIERS BUSINESS TO DISCUSS MY ITEMS WITH ANOTHER CUSTOMER U SAY U DONT BUY CHEAP TISSUE YET U HAVE A FAKE WIG ON YOUR HEAD FROM THE EARLY 2000S THATS WORTH 5 BUCKS ON THE DISPLAY TABLE AT THE HAIR STORE YOU WERE SO FOCUSED ON MY BUSINESS BUT WAS STRUGGLING TO COUNT MY MONEY OUT CORRECTLY CORPORATE REALLY NEEDS TO TRAIN YOU ALL BETTER."

"I’ve never encountered a problem at any family dollar in my life. As you can see in the picture above it’s a shelf full of totes marked at 14.00. When I got to the register they rang up for 18.00 dollars and the worker April refused to honor the price and said “I just work here” That’s exactly the point honey. You work there so it’s your job to make sure the prices are correct and at the register it’s your job to honor it. She continued to say “I’m not changing the price because they could just be in the wrong spot” but who fault is that? Not the customer. As a previous store manager I’ve never seen an employee so nonchalant. Family dollar was fined already for "excessive price-scanner errors." This location needs to be fined as well. A lot of the negative reviews are about bad pricing. And April needs to find a job that does not require customer service. Maybe stocking would fit her."

"This place is really cleaner than you might think. The plaza is a little rundown, but you can't tell it from the inside of the family dollar. It's good if you need to grab something quick. There's always plenty of parking, so you can get in and out quickly."
