"The folks in the store themselves were lovely, and very friendly. I just want to make that clear. However, I wasn't kept updated as to the status of the firearm that had been shipped to them, and had to call twice to learn it had arrived, after about a week. I was told to call them by the online retailer which sold me the firearm, but was received with some annoyance and confusion on the phone, and told they would call me. Two days pass without word, and when I call I find that it was prepared for me the day prior. Still, in person they were nothing but professional, and the ladies up front were extremely welcoming. I think any discomfort I felt was caused more by the circumstances of being in Bessemer than anything else."
