"Highly recommend Dr. Stevenson and his staff for any of your oral care needs! From the very welcoming and attentive front office staff, to Dr. Stevenson himself who is always professional yet compassionate at bedside. I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Stevenson and the quality of care I have received from all of his staff over the years!"

"The girls in the front office were so sweet and friendly! They got me checked in and I got called into an exam room quickly. My nurse, Kristen and Dr. Stephenson were great. They answered all my questions and helped me to not be nervous about my visit. I would highly recommend this office."

"would've been 5 stars if they cared more. made follow up appt for extreme jaw & nerve pain in my lip/chin/gums due to nerve damage from wisdom teeth removal & the nurse from that visit was honestly rude, manhandled my mouth, and in lesser words called me a liar & was completely dismissive of my pain. both the dr and the nurse told me id experience numbness but no one said anything about nerve pain nor did they give me any advice on how to manage it until the nerve healed. also, i attempted to call them so that i could see if i could pay over the phone since they didn't ask for payment at the time of service and apparently they stop taking calls after 4 something? i'm less and less impressed each time i interact with this office."

"I will not be back to this office. First of all, the Dr. had a very poor bedside manner. I had a tooth extracted, and a week later, it was hurting worse than when I first had it pulled. I could tell it was infected. I called the office and they did work me in to let the Dr. look at it. I drove 30 minutes as soon as I could get off work to get there. He would not take a look at it because I was 6 minutes late. I told them I was in pain that was keeping me awake at night and he still would not look at it."

"My experience with them was... interesting. They're all wonderful people, and they clearly know what they're doing when it comes to anesthesia and, at the very least, wisdom tooth removal. However, I couldn't help but notice that, during my visit here AND to their Athens location in the Athens Professional Plaza, they failed to ease my anxiety. I don't blame the Athens location incident on them, but this incident, I entirely do. I was recommended an Ativan prescription for this visit, to help me relax and calm down enough for the surgery, and there was NO MENTION of it after the Athens visit. I asked about it today, and they told me that I was supposed to be prescribed one to take the night before, or a few hours before the surgery. Nobody told me about this before the surgery! I'm glad they let me keep my mom here, because she really helped me in calming down enough for the anesthesia. However, I was apparently still too anxious for the surgery to be completed, and they recommended I go to the hospital for it. In this economy!? No way! Like I said, the people here are absolutely wonderful, and I can tell they're trying the best they can, but they don't know how to handle a neurodivergent person, despite having ND employees! I could understand this if this were a general clinic, but this is a place where actual surgery happens, and anxiety is a common issue! I think that it should be necessary to at least know how an ND person thinks and behaves, so that appropriate care can be provided if needed. But l, enough rambling. Would I recommend this place? Honestly, no. Great people, but they're horrible at managing anxiety."
