"If you have any anxiety surrounding the dentist, this office is NOT the office for you. Yesterday the hygienist was amazing in trying to help me stay calm, however Dr. Smith was unwilling to give me a few minutes to take an anxiety medication to have a couple of fillings done, he belted out that he didn’t have time for that. So the hygienist scheduled me out so I could take the med and let it work before coming in as they don’t even have nitrous oxide available in their office. This morning the receptionist called me and asked if I had found an office that could do the fillings with nitrous and I told her not yet because several things had gone on today and I hadn’t had a chance to call anyone else. She verbatim said “I understand what you’re saying about taking your medicine prior to coming in but Dr. Smith is standing here and he said he wants you to find someone else.” I’ve never had any medical or dental professional treat me so badly for having severe anxiety. And to be truthful, this kind of unprofessional behavior is exactly why I have severe dental anxiety in the first place…. Do better people."

"I am so happy I found a dentist I can trust and feel very comfortable with. Dr. Nails is so thorough and gentle all in one! The assistant is so wonderful also! She is very knowledgeable and friendly it makes me feel relaxed instead of a bundle of nerves. On to my Hygienist… she is so wonderful and she listens to everything I have to say. She does a great job. Let’s not forget a very important person we sometimes forget to mention! Front desk people work very hard with ALL the people coming in and leaving. She makes this office a welcoming place. All I can say is I am keeping these wonderful people. Thank you all for being so kind."
