"I’ve used them for home and auto insurance and they’ve found the cheapest and best insurance both times. When my auto insurance kept going up with progressive, I called and she made sure to call them and she ended up getting it lowered by $107. I’m 25 no accidents, perfect driving record so I’m happy she was able to help me. I don’t understand the negative reviews cause I’ve used them for 3 years now and they’ve been great. My mom uses them too, has for as long as I can remember and has never had a problem with them either"

"I contacted them regarding some commercial insurance and never heard back from them. After about 3 weeks I contacted them again and was told they were still working on it. It has now been a month since my second call and have yet to hear back from them. I guess they have more business than they need."

"My father was canceled after being 6 days late. He re-upped, and was told that he needed to bring a medical form by. They didn't specify a date, and didn't act like it was a big deal, so he forgot. It was a month before he found out that he'd actually been canceled 48 hours after re-upping. No refund, they just took his money and did not provide insurance. He went back in and re-upped with a medical form and they canceled him again a month later when he was supposed to be in by Friday and he didn't make it in town until Sunday. They charged my dad $153 a month for a clean driving record and two cars insured. After the first cancellation it was $168. After the second cancellation it was $183, seeing a trend? This insurance company is blatantly taking advantage of senior citizens who are forgetful. The thing is...he readily admits to being at fault for being late, but no written notice? No call? No warning at all? He was driving for a month without insurance never knowing what had happened. That isn't right."
