"The service here was not only bad, it was dangerous. After having routine maintenance done on my car, they neglected to tighten my lug nuts. I had to pull over on the side of the freeway because my wheels wobbled as I drove. Volvo didn’t offer to send a tow truck or offer me a loaner car even though mine had to go back to be realigned. The manager was incompetent and never followed up on the issue. It was a terrible experience. I now have my car serviced in Pensacola where they do a wonderful job."
"Chase was great when I purchased the vehicle but I would not recommend Volvo service. I have a warranty, and they try to charge me full price every time I have an issue. Service doesn’t answer the phone and never returns calls especially when they have MY vehicle. The communication is horrible. Unfortunately it’s the only Volvo service in the area."

"We had a very superb experience at Volvo of Mobile. I saw the car that I liked online about two weeks prior to visiting. Our salesman, Sam Baughn, brought a car for us to look at, and it was the one I had viewed online! I thought instantly this is kismet. Right when he opened the door, I knew it was the one. Sam was extremely personable, knowledgeable, and organized. It seems as though he has been there for some time. I love my car, and I hope I have it even longer than my previous vehicle. I named my car, “Pearl.”"
