When I need a piece of equipment their is normally no wait but if their is they will get it shipped from another store in a very timely manner. I have always been met with a friendly staff. I needed a skid steer and everyone else was closed. He answered my call and drove to the store in the snow and got me a skid steer. "First of all when I walked in to the shop, I knew what I needed to get done but didn't know which piece of equipment to rent for the job. That's when I met Alex. He is very knowledgeable and taught me a few things that I had not thought of. I rented a mini excavator and easily completed the task in less than a full day. Equipment was delivered, job done and picked up. The wife is very happy. The whole experience was pleasant and educational. I have dropped by their shop many times since, to drink a cup a coffee, learn a few things and visit with all of the fine folks that work there. If you think that you can't afford to rent CAT equipment, let me tell you that you can't afford not to."
