"Everyone was very nice and helpful. However, their business model is not patient-centric and it's obvious. When you go in for a simple tooth extraction and they try to pressure you into a $7k care plan, I don't consider that putting the patient first. I was not a happy camper spending 3 hours and leaving with the painful tooth still in place. Not happy at all."
"I'm a pastor and went to Aspen Dental because my lower partial had a crack in it and I was afraid it would break during a worship service. I went to be fitted for a new one. The cordial and informative lady at the front desk had the lab check the partial and, to my surprise, could be repaired. That was a little after 2:00 PM. She took my insurance information and told me it would be ready by 4:00 PM. I returned and it was ready. I put it in and it was great. The lady then told me my insurance covered 100% of the repair. I inquired about the cost if a replacement. She gave me the price and then how much the insurance would cover. Rest assured, after the wonderful service and great attention, I will return for the replacement. The lady at the desk was the ultimate in cheerful service with a warm and sincere voice and smile. Very fair prices and good with the complexities of insurance. I think we have found our family dental practice!"

I was a little discouraged walking in because I’m terrified of dentist and hadn’t been in over 20 years but they were very welcoming and reassuring about the plan of action for my treatments. Highly recommend them."
"The staff was very friendly and the Hygienist was very thorough. The dentist was kind and answered all of my questions and helped me feel comfortable. He was able to reset my crown and I am very pleased with the entire process."
