"Dr. Mike is great. Most of the hygienists are good. Insurance adjuster lady is nice. Front desk otherwise is terrible and the call center system is trash, I should not have to wait 30 minutes to hold music to not even get in contact with the actual facility in order to get what I need handled. Probably leaving this place after ten years because the front desk sucks."

"Terrible customer service!!! One of our students turned in an absence excuse from them with a future date on it. I tried to call early this morning to inquire what date the excuse should have been dated so I could excuse the student's absence. FINALLY after waiting on hold for 15 minutes, while repeatedly hearing the message "Your call is very important to us", someone answered the phone, only to tell me I would have to speak to someone else for that information, taking my name, name of school, and phone # for them to return my call. No one has returned my call yet, so I tried to call them again this afternoon. Again, on hold continually hearing the message "Your call is very important to us", but this time for 30 minutes (not exaggerating, looked at the timer on my phone) with no answer whatsoever. Hung up totally frustrated. I wonder how long it would take them to answer the phone if my call was not important to them????"

"Dr. Mike is absolutely amazing. There’s a few other of the staff that are absolutely amazing but the front end is awful. They never pick up the phone they failed to tell me my partial wasn’t there so when I came in for my appointment early sat there ended up, passed my appointment time. Had to go find someone else to see what was going on only to find out my partial wasn’t even there mind you I paid for this partial months in advance then they try to tell me I didn’t pay so I had to go get bank statements proving that. I did pay and then I still have yet to receive my partial. I’ve been calling all day no one picked up the phone ever. No one has picked up the phone in months like I said Dr. Mike is amazing the front end staff needs to be replaced. I’ve been coming here for over 10 years and it did not used to to be this way Like I said, the front and staff needs to either be retrained or replaced"

"I love the staff, it feels very welcome and my boy's love everyone!! Especially, my oldest he loves Mr.Mike..lol and Katie is very sweet, and caring she always doing alot of things and still help her customers too, I so love her!!"

"Very poor experience every time visiting the office. There is only one doctor here with about 2-3 assistants. Each visit takes 1 1/2 hours even if you’re just getting an adjustment. To get my braces removed it took 3 hours. Everything is rushed and the attitudes are horrible. Highly recommend you find another orthodontist."
