"the owner is disgusting and has the worst attitude I walked in to my appointment (that I had just made 15 min prior via phone) waisted my time driving there, he said “we don't have you down”. I said "literally just got off the phone with you your number is *—" he said "yea but nah saweee we don't have you" no trying to help in any other way. just let me walk out the door. It’s been two years since id been there but I was in the area, Now I remember why I quit going there The customer service is nonexistent don't waist your time"
"Got a pedicure and sns manicure and I couldn’t be more happy! My nail tech gave me exactly what I was looking for. This is definitely my new go-to nail salon! The tech was also super funny and friendly—wish I would’ve gotten his name! My pedicure felt amazing as well. The salon is extremely clean and cute too!"
"I brought my mother in law to get our nails and toes done. The guy that did her pedicure didn’t take his time at all, he flew through it and she barely got a good foot massage in. Not even an hour after we left, two of my toes smudged, and i got them done before my nails, so they should’ve been dry by the time we left. Then the guy that did my sns dip powder just kept saying how he wanted to leave by 5, it was probably around 4:45. I got a design on my nails and it looks nothing like the picture I showed him. The cheap stickers he used started coming off as soon as I left. Both of my thumb nails are SO crooked, and my nails are lumpy, clearly he was rushing so he could leave. Not even a week later and my thumb nail broke off. I will not be going back"
