"I liked the vibe here a lot. Unfortunately I'm disappointed in my results. I just cancelled my next appointment because I can't see myself paying another $150+ for only 4 inches of hair to be overlayed/processed, all to just fade out in 2 weeks. I paid for a full head application and only received 2 overlays. I took the risk and bought high-quality box dye from Ulta achieved my desired color at home. I enjoyed my experience but not satisfied with what I paid for, just being honest. Best wishes"
