"The countertops are beautiful! The installers for this part of the project were very professional and courteous, and I would happily hire them again. However, the plumber that the company sent to hook up my plumbing was terrible. He did not arrive when expected, and after I waited a few hours, he sent a text that he would arrive the next day and will call to let me know when he was on his way. He did not call and just showed up at my house with his wife. The second they stepped into the door, I could smell alcohol on them both. I was very uncomfortable. After a quick check at my sink, they left for a bit to retrieve a part and then returned. While watching them exit their truck, I saw his wife take a drink from a beer can. They then proceeded to hook my sink and faucet up and left. Upon further inspection, however, it was noticed nothing was hooked up correctly, and the seal on the new sink was incorrect. We ended up needing to have someone else fix everything. I expressed my concerns to the counter installer and another employee. They were both extremely understanding and horrified I experienced this issue. They asked me to speak to David Reynolds. Sadly, my experience with him was also not the best. He told me that the plumber does not drink, and I needed to tell him to his face that I witnessed him drinking. This felt very confrontational to me and was very upsetting. He told me he was coming to see me to discuss the situation while grabbing my check, but when he arrived, he just took my check and walked out. Very unprofessional! I am also concerned about the amount I was charged. While David Reynolds told me to pay what I thought was fair, I wanted to have a conversation about how the actual payment is separated to make sure the men and women who did great work received the right composition. What I ended up paying was the full amount from the quote I was given originally for my tear out and plumbing, which included garbage disposal, dishwasher, and fridge hook-up if needed. None of those services were performed, and the little that was done was entirely incorrect. Customers... Please beware of who might be sent into your homes and Kitchen & Bath Center's project manager's disregard for your concern."

The we went to Kitchen and Bath and met Robert Arthur. He came to our house to review the project. One day later we had design drawings and a detailed schedule., We signed with Robert. He helped us choose cabinets, colors, and backsplash. Robert's team met every schedule and did a beautiful job. We highly recommend Kitchen and Bath."
