"Howard replaced my front tire on my bike and had it done the same day ( before i could get back home even ) when i dropped it off we got to talking about bikes and he talked to me like we have known each other all our lives. He does great work at great prices and he is a great person to do business with. I recently moved back to Mobile but i think if i need my bike worked on its worth the trip to take it to Howard."

"Had a malfunction with a classic Motobecane Moby. Called another shop that came up on Google and told them I believed it was an issue with the spark plug. (We are talking a compression start helper motor, with a single spark plug). I just asked if someone would just look at it with experienced eyes. They said they wouldn’t even consider looking at something older than 10 years. Being a long time motorcyclist, I changed gears and looked for a more local sounding shop. Howard cycle shop fit that bill and The name Howard is significant to me too, so I loaded it up and ran it to him. He said he’d see, no promises. Cool. He looked at it for maybe 3 minutes and saw that the spark plug wire had laid on the head and melted, causing a ground issue. He held it away and I peddle started it right in the back of my truck. Yeah! Thanks man! I just needed a set of experienced eyes. Sent me on a quest for electrical tape. And that last little thing we said before we left there about payment… we did that a couple of minutes ago led by my daughter who is learning to ride, and getting introduced to motorcycle culture. Huge Thanks for helping us get back up and running and not having a bike sittin’ on our trip."

"Didn't tighten brake caliper! Idiots! Took in for fork oil and blinker lights. They wired one blinker wrong. I asked to fix it and Howard started cussing NOT professional. Blamed it on me called me a liar! Tech lied said it never worked. Finally fixed their bad connection. I tipped 50 bucks. Half way home my front brake caliper falls off! Ruined brand new pads almost wrecked. Absolute TRASH. Never do business with these dregs of society."
